We are Precision Auctioneers and we are dedicated to supporting churches and estates in generating additional monies for you to use as investment vehicles for you or your organization.  We do so by holding an auction, or auctions, where goods, services, properties or donations are provided by Precision Auctioneers and by your congregation/parishioners or estate.

It is important to remember the market always speaks. Normally when the market speaks, it is indicating the property’s value albeit over-priced or under-exposed. That said, the auction is a new marketing campaign and will create new fund-raising exposure for you.

 

Our success is driven by matching goods to be auctioned with the appropriate consumer which results in successful practices and additional funds for your establishment.  Our auctions are market driven in that we use our market campaign and auction techniques to drive sale price of auction goods to a maximum value to benefit your ultimate goal.

 

Precision Auctioneers in conjunction with our client will advertise in multiple venues including the internet. Items for auction will also be pictured and/or listed for preview on our website precisionauctioneers.com. We will support you in personalizing your marketing efforts which can include flyers, internet presence, small print ads in local papers or community magazines, or larger ads if you elect to hold multiple auctions with varying dates. We have found our most consistent and reliable marketing campaigns come from word of mouth due to a previously successful auction experience.
